First Lady Michelle D. “Lady Chellie” Parks was born in New York (the Empire State) and raised mostly in the Washington, DC area.
Lady Chellie accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior ay 21 years of age. Through the sanctification and healing process, God poured out His love and began to reveal His purpose to minister to others and pour out as He pours into her.
In 2007, God brought Lady Chellie and Pastor Parks, the love of her life together, and confirmed their union was His plan for their lives.
Lady Chellie enjoys reading the Bible and Christian books, worshipping God and ministering to others through “Praise Dance. She and Pastor Parks live in Bowie, MD.
On July 14, 2017, with the election of her husband Senior Pastor, she became First Lady of the historic Tabernacle Baptist Church, Inc. of Washington, D.C.
